How our process works for Individuals:

1. We talk to you and understand the kind of jewelry you need 

2. Our designers custom design item(s) for you at a cost of $150, which will be discounted on your final invoice if you proceed with creating the item with us

3. You pick the item(s) you like and we start the manufacturing process

4. We send you images once the product is ready at our manufacturing facility for your approval

5. The item is then delivered directly to you

We can make gold filled, gold plated, real gold, silver and platinum jewellery. We also custom cut and engrave stones, you are only limited by your imagination.

Payment terms for Individual orders:

50% on order, 30% on approval of images from our manufacturing facility and 20% prior to delivery
